Hertfordshire Film Festival

If you love film, live, work or study in Hertfordshire and are aged between 11-25 years old, we are looking for you.

In early 2022, Hertfordshire Film Festival will provide the next generation of budding young filmmakers the opportunity to share their exciting and innovative creations. Built on the success of the Watford Young Filmmakers Festival and with the generous support of Warner Bros Studios Leavesden, Hertfordshire Film Festival is run by Watford Palace Theatre in partnership with the University of Hertfordshire and Cathartic.

Hertfordshire Film Festival will be offering training, a careers fair, guest speakers, networking opportunities, workshops and culminating in the main festival event at Watford Palace Theatre in early 2022. So, get your director’s chair ready, that camera lens focused, and get creating.
