How do I become a member?
Simply choose the Free or Premium Friends Membership option and sign up online on this page; it only takes a few minutes!
Is the Free Friends Membership really free?
Yes! There’s no cost, and you’ll still enjoy great perks like ticket discounts, drinks discounts, event access, and weekly updates.
What’s included in the Premium Friends Membership?
Premium Friends receive all Free Friends benefits plus early priority bookings, invites to Guest Nights.
When will I receive my digital pass?
The link to download your pass will be sent to you within approximately two weeks.
How can I add my digital membership card to my phone wallet?
Once you’re signed up for either a Free Friends or a Premium Friends Membership, you’re going to receive an order confirmation email:

For Apple Wallet, click the Apple Wallet URL in your order confirmation email while on your Apple device (will not work on Windows) and your digital membership card should appear in your Apple Wallet.

For Google Wallet, click the Google Wallet URL in your order confirmation email then click “Add” under your card preview and your digital card should appear in your Google Wallet.
Can I upgrade from Free to Premium later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time to enjoy the full Premium perks, at the price of £30 per year (which is equal to just £2.50 a month).
How do I use my ticket and bar discounts?
Discounts are automatically applied when you book tickets online or show your digital membership card in your Apple or Google wallet at the box office or bar (excludes tea & coffee).
What if I don't have a smartphone/digital wallet?
Your discounts for selected shows still apply automatically when booking online. When booking over the phone or in person, or getting your discount at the bar, you can let Cafe Box Office staff know your details to honour your membership perk.
How will I receive updates and event invites?
We send weekly emails with behind-the-scenes insights, news, and theatre updates; so make sure your email address is up to date. Please set your contact preferences to in your customer account to “please contact me by email” to be updated on all your membership benefits.

How long do memberships run for?
Memberships run for 1 YEAR (can be set to auto-renew in your customer account on our website under “Memberships”).
Important: The expiry date might currently display MM/DD/YYYY, this is a minor quirk that we are looking to resolve as soon as possible to display as DD/MM/YYYY.
