Celebrating 110 Years of Watford Palace Theatre Podcast

Great stories that entertain, provoke and inspire, on our stage and in our streets. To celebrate the theatre turning 110 we have created a series of podcasts covering the past eleven decades. They have been written by Ian Scleater, our honorary archivist and Brigid Larmour, our Artistic Director and Chief Executive. Each podcast is read by current and recent cast and creatives in celebration of our past, present and future.

Autumn 2018 Season Announced

Artistic Director of Watford Palace Theatre, Brigid Larmour, today announces the Autumn Season with the centrepiece being the theatre’s first produced Shakespeare in 10 years - Much Ado About Nothing with an all-female cast.
Q&A with Mountains Director, Jennifer Tang

Jennifer Tang (Director) is an award-winning UK and International theatremaker and stage director, specializing in making new work across multiple disciplines. Her practice spans new writing, devised work and opera, and she also has extensive experience of working with communities and young people. Jennifer trained at the University of East Anglia, the Young Vic and on the National Theatre Studio Director’s course. She was resident assistant director of Theatre Royal Plymouth / The Drum 2013-14.
