How does the on-demand performance work?

The on-demand film is available for pre-sale from 10 December 2021. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll receive an email containing your booking confirmation and your screening link. Please check your junk/spam folders for any emails.

The video will be available to watch from 24 December 2021 at 11am until 31 January 2022 at midnight. HOWEVER, once you’ve clicked the link to watch the content it will expire after 3 days. Within the 3-day period you can watch the recording as many times as you like.

If you’d like to purchase the recording as a gift, simply forward the booking confirmation email onto the recipient when you’re ready for them to open their gift!

The recording can be streamed on a phone, mobile or tablet using your web browser, as well as some TVs. For more information on how this works, please click here: How it works – TicketCo Media Services – UK – TicketCo
