Tola Dabiri has worked in the cultural sector since 1995, and has been a senior manager in public library and archive services. Tola has a particular interest in community engagement and widening participation in the arts and culture.

After leaving the Museums Libraries and Archives Council (MLA) in 2010, Tola formed a consultancy business (Tola Dabiri Consulting), which works across the cultural sector.

She also developed education and young people's services, including Sunsplash, a week-long residential carnival arts programme for young people.

Tola has a First Class honours degree, an H.N.D. in Business and Finance, and is a PRINCE 2 practitioner.

Tola has lived in Watford since 1999, and truly values the diversity of the town, its parks and of course the theatre!
