The Music Man

Book, Music and Lyrics by Meredith Willson

Set in the heart of middle-America, a small town is turned upside down when a fast-talking con man arrives on the scene. Prejudice, politics and passion follow in this contemporary and amusing look at a classic American musical.

The story revolves around Harold Hill, a confidence trickster who promises to transform the town's unruly kids into a marching band. However he is the one transformed thanks to the faith of the townsfolk and one woman in particular.

With tunes like ‘Til There was You’ and ‘Seventy Six Trombones’ you will enjoy the journey through this feel-good piece of classic Americana, as relevant today as the day it was written!
